I Need Help With...

Dementia is not a normal part of the aging process, but it is possible to live well each day.  People with dementia are people who still desire autonomy and control of their quality of life. A diagnosis of dementia does not mean the person loses their ability to actively participate in the decision-making that affects their lives. Together we can support people with dementia, ensuring their voice is heard throughout their care. The information on this page and throughout this website will help you or your loved one to plan for care and access the right services at the right time.
